Etiquette’s is more than just knowing how to navigate a place setting or how to introduce people. It’s about knowing the right behaviors so you are comfortable in all situations and you make other people comfortable. Having good etiquette will move you ahead in life:

Dinning Don’ts
Don’t put liquid in your mouth while you are still chewing
Don’t chew with your mouth open
Don’t talk with food in your mouth
Don’t mash your food together on a plate
Don’t tuck your napkin into your clothing
Don’t fiddle with cutlery or you’ll appear nervous
Don’t leave the spoon in your coffee cup or lick it after stirring
Don’t lean back on the legs of your chair
Don’t reapply cosmetics at the table
Don’t blow your nose at the table
Don’t place your elbows, sunglasses, keys, purse, or cell phone on the table. Cell phones should be set to “vibrate” or turned off at the table so it is neither seen nor heard.
When dinning out – If you have a problem selecting from the menu, review menu as soon as possible upon arrival.
